Kim Jong Un Inspects Combined
Fishing-tackle Factory of KPA
Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of
the Korean People's Army (KPA) Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers'
Party of Korea and first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, gave
field guidance to the combined fishing-tackle factory under the KPA.
He enjoyed a bird's-eye view of the newly-built
factory and praised the KPA for having created one more valuable wealth of the
country without being known to others.
Seeing the layout of the factory, he said with
pleasure that it has been well built in a neat and cultured way in keeping with
the Party's intention and that its gate and fences are peculiar to a
fishing-tackle producer.
After being briefed on the factory before its
panoramic map, he went round various parts of the factory to learn about its
production and management.
The factory is equal to an arsenal for the fishery
front, he said, urging it to produce not only equipment for the professional
fishery stations but also fishing tackles needed for sideline fishery of
military units stationed in islets and coastal areas.
He said that the production capacity of the factory
should be decisively increased to supply enough fishing equipment needed for
the fishery stations.
Stressing the need to push ahead in a big way with
the work for putting the factory on a more modern basis, he took necessary
measures.
