Visit to Kangso Mineral Water Factory

H.E. Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army, visited the Kangso Mineral Water Factory.

After being briefed on the factory before a map showing its panoramic view and a map for mineral water production, he went round the monument to the field guidance of the peerlessly great persons of Mt Paektu to the factory, the room for education in the revolutionary history and the room dedicated to its history.

He said that the factory was associated with profound loving care of President H.E. Kim Il Sung and Chairman H.E. Kim Jong Il for the people as the President personally chose the site of the factory and named the brand of "Kangso Mineral Water" and H.E. Kim Jong Il gave an instruction on remodeling the factory in the period of the Arduous March and personally solved all problems arising in the project.

Looking around a combined control room, several production work-teams, production exhibition, water source ground, sci-tech learning space and other places, he learned in detail about production and management of the factory.

To keep production going at a high rate at the factory serves as an important work for demonstrating the advantages of the socialist system of the DPRK in which all wealth of the society is directed to promoting the well being of the people, he said.

Noting that the factory has a very important duty and role to play in protecting and promoting the health of people, he set forth tasks facing the factory.

He expressed the expectation and conviction that the officials and employees of the factory would mass-produce the famous Kangso mineral water good for the people's health and send more mineral water to them before having a photo session with them.

Accompanying him were An Jong Su, Kim Yong Su and Jo Yong Won, senior officials of the WPK Central Committee.
