Respected
Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un visited the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs
Cemetery on Thursday, the 64th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in
the Fatherland Liberation War, and paid homage to the fallen fighters of the
People's Army.
Accompanying
him were Hwang Pyong So, Ri Myong Su, Pak Yong Sik and other commanding
officers of the Korean People's Army and those of all the services and
corps-level units.
The
Supreme Leader arrived at the Cemetery and a wreath was laid in his name.
He,
together with the participants, paid silent tribute to the memory of the fallen
fighters of the People's Army and went round the cemetery.
He
expressed belief that all the service persons, party members, working people and
rising generations would keep the noble spirit of defending the country and
mass heroism displayed by the heroic soldiers in the 1950s as the most precious
ideological and mental treasure in the drive for prosperity of the country and
the victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche, and carry them forward from
generation to generation.
