KIM JONG UN LOOKS ROUND CONSTRUCTION SITE OF CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL NEAR COMPLETION

Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, went round the construction site of the Children's Hospital near completion. Going round different places of the hospital, he learned in detail about its construction and installation of medical equipment. He looked round with satisfaction various treatment rooms. He took measures to fully ensure the conditions of the room of intensive treatment and indicated concrete ways for putting the operation rooms on a sterilized and dust-free basis. Noting designing, construction and building materials are the three main factors in erecting a structure, he expressed great satisfaction over the fact that a hospital to be proud of before the world has been built as it was excellently designed under the guidance of the party, an able unit undertook its project and it was finished with good building materials. NDC POLICY DEPARTMENT SLAMS PARK GEUN HYE'S COARSE INVECTIVES AGAINST DPRK

Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK released the following statement Friday: It is the unquenchable desire of the nation and the irresistible trend of the times to achieve the reunification, peace and prosperity of the country as early as possible. The bold measures taken by the army and people of the DPRK with patience and magnanimity to put the operations in the Kaesong Industrial Zone back on their normal track, realize the reunions of separated families and their relatives and resume the tour of Mt. Kumgang were the manifestation of their patriotic efforts to subordinate everything to meeting desire of the nation and the requirements of the times. It was thanks to these efforts that the north-south relations that were inching close to a catastrophe due to traitor Lee Myung Bak were brought under control and the tense situation that reached the extremes began to ease. Shortly ago, a new phase for dialogue and cooperation was provided amid deep concern and expectation of the public at home and abroad, bringing hope to all the Koreans. But Park Geun Hye and the present ruling quarters of south Korea cried out for "confrontation accompanied with dialogue", not doing away with their dirty intention prompted by mistrust and hostility, thereby chilling the hard-won atmosphere of reconciliation and cooperation through bad words and acts and sinister steps. The Park Geun Hye group is trying to make the public convince that the measures taken by the DPRK on its own initiative to improve the north-south ties were taken "under the control" of a big country. The group said that the measures were an "unavoidable option to open back financial source and solve dire economic situation" and described them as "emergency measures under the situation in which the north was finding it hard to maintain its political system". When the Kaesong Industrial Zone was put back on normal operations and a series of relevant agreements were reached, the group described them as results of the so-called "theory of principle" maintained by it. The army and people of the DPRK already warned the puppet south Korean authorities several times that they should stop anachronistic remarks against fellow countrymen and behave to give help to peace and reunification of the country if they do not want to see the north-south ties deteriorating as during the past five years. But Park Geun Hye malignantly slandered the dignity and social system in the DPRK, now with her face raised, though she did it under the veil till some time ago. She openly slandered the DPRK soon after she took power. So far, Park and her group often talked rubbish as if they were worried about the life and future of the north. They used to jabber that "the north should be led to abandon the line on simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force and properly opt the road of change", "the north should be made to understand that the former Soviet Union collapsed not because it did not possess nukes" and "strong deterrence should be built against the north to pressure it to dismantle nuclear weapons and missiles". Recently the group held an event to mark "Day of ROK Army" miming the great political festival for celebrating the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War that was held in the DPRK amid admiration of the world. The group is blustering that it will use the "south Korea-U.S. combined operational system", "Kill Chain preemptive strike system" and the "south Korean-type missile defense system", threadbare ones, to make the north admit the uselessness of nuclear weapons and missiles by itself. Park and her group, steeped in repugnance against the DPRK to the marrow of their bones, made coarse outpourings, daring take issue with the autographic letters sent to people reflecting loving care and trust. The group made up lies, not content with slandering the single-mined unity characterized by pure kindred feelings between parents and children. The group is, indeed, made up of ignorant hooligans hell-bent on hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and on eclipsing the bright sunlight. Park's disgusting acts leave even young pupils of primary schools of the DPRK skeptical about her ability as president as they say "it seems there is no appropriate person in south Korea. Is it possible for a person making bad words to become president?" Servicepersons of the DPRK ridicule that "does Park, who is unaware of the basics of the military affairs, know the meaning of the DPRK's nukes that have become smaller, lighter and diversified." The army and people of the DPRK are watching with dubious eyes how Park is maintaining her post in Chongwadae as she is rejected as a "stubborn woman" shunning the mindset of the people, a narrow-minded "headstrong lady" going against the national concord and a "cold-blooded being" defying the good faith of compatriots. The Policy Department of the DPRK NDC sternly warns Park and her group as follows now that the hard-won atmosphere of dialogue and peace is turning into that of confrontation and tension on the Korean Peninsula: 1. Park should open her mouth to suit her capacity, clearly judging how the things go about in the world if she truly ranks among politicians.  A saying goes that all misfortunes come from mouth and that all illnesses also go through the mouth. She should refrain from groundlessly insisting on the false "principle" and pressing her unilateral and self-justified opinion as an "international standard". She should be mindful that thoughtless vitriolic languages may cause the shower of fire by the army and people of the DPRK. It is said that tongue wagged thoughtlessly will become a knife cutting one's own head. A politician who hails from this land should make words helpful for the country's reunification, peace and prosperity. She should bear in her mind that in case she does not do so, she can not evade the same miserable ends as the "yusin" dictator and other puppet presidents met. 2. Park and her group should face up to the desire of the nation and the trend of the times and behave with discretion. What the nation wants is reconciliation and cooperation and the times call for peace and reunification. If she wants to live as a genuine human being who puts the nation above all and attaches importance to it, she should stop treacherous act of antagonizing the fellow countrymen and kissing the aggressors in alignment with outsiders. Her reckless act of betraying the nation and going against the times will push her deep into treachery which is bound to be punished by history. She should not forget that it is an unpardonable act of treachery to introduce carrier flotilla with nuclear weapons on board and the aggressors' nuclear strike means into south Korea to threaten the fellow countrymen and to instigate human scum to scatter leaflets and hold other anti-DPRK psychological warfare almost every day. 3. Park and her group should not try to lead the DPRK to "change" and force it to dismantle nuclear weapons. The army and people of the DPRK will invariably advance forward its own way, under the line on simultaneously pushing forward the building of nuclear force and economic construction to build a prosperous country to be envied by the world, to attain the goals set by them. What needs change is Park's politics which are veering to "yusin" and dictatorship after derailing from the road of democracy. The nuclear weapons possessed by the army and people of the DPRK are a powerful deterrence to deter the nuclear war disaster to be inflicted by the U.S., and a treasured sword common to the nation to defend the destiny of the country and its people. The DPRK's nuclear weapons serve as the most appropriate means for peace. They will play the role of completely removing the sustainable nuclear threats from the U.S. and linking the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula with that of the world. There will be no bigger fool and poorer imbecile than the one who schemes to side with nuclear-wielding robber and urge one's own kinsmen to lower a knife first. If Park and her group conspire with outsiders under the pretext of leading the DPRK to "change" and go reckless to bring down the social system in the DPRK and force it to dismantle nuclear weapons, it will be little short of digging their own graves. Those who went against the desire of the nation and the trend of the times all met miserable ends. Park and her group should not run reckless, clearly facing up to the trend of the times.

PARK GEUN HYE URGED TO CLEARLY UNDERSTAND DPRK'S CRITICISM AND WARNINGS

Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) issued the following statement on Saturday: As already reported, the spokesman for the Policy Department of the DPRK National Defence Commission released a statement sternly warning Park Geun Hye and her party to behave with discretion as regards their unprecedented moves to escalate confrontation with the DPRK and ignite a war against it in collusion with foreign forces. This is just criticism of the puppet group driving the inter-Korean relations into catastrophe again though they had reached a phase of dialogue thanks to much effort and a due warning to put the prevailing situation under control. Had Park and her group have a reasonable way of thinking even a bit, they would have lent an ear to the profound meaning of criticism and warnings made by the DPRK and behaved with discretion. However, the group, far from pondering over this, let the spokesman for the Ministry of Unification make public "a statement" slandering the advice. Finding fault with what the DPRK said what it should do to Park, the group termed it "an unreasonable behavior bereft of elementary courtesy", raising a hue and cry over "spirit of mutual respect", "polite demeanor" and the like. The group should reflect on its wrongdoings before talking about "courtesy" and "politeness." Is it "courtesy", "polite demeanor" and "spirit of mutual reciprocity" to deny the dignity of the supreme leadership and social system of the other party and escalate confrontation while letting loose a whole string of invectives against it? Park is taking the lead in trumpeting about "unification under liberal democracy", slandering the social system of the dignified DPRK and letting her yes men, reptile media, experts and even human scum do harm to its social system and making much fuss to disturb the world. This is the reality of south Korea. The group has no face to talk about "mutual respect" while totally denying the other party and crying out for confronting with its social system and overthrowing its regime. The group has gone the lengths of taking issue with the DPRK's politics of love for the people and the true picture of the harmonious whole. This is an uncivilized and immoral behavior hard to find in any part of in the world. Park Geun Hye, a politician, must have known about it very well. She should have opened her mouth, well aware of what consequences were to be entailed by her evil remarks rattling the nerves of the dialogue partner. It is unpardonable provocation and unbearable mockery of the DPRK that such depraved villains bereft of elementary common sense and etiquette in the inter-Korean relations are talking about "courtesy," "unreasonable behavior" and the like. Great irony is that Park and her group claimed as if they were trying to "make efforts to build confidence step by step" through dialogue and cooperation. What Park has done after taking office is nothing but confrontation and war moves she has stepped up under the signboard of "confidence", deepening the mistrust between the north and the south. It is none other than Park and her group who openly worked out the "principal plan for the development of the south-north relations" in which she scrapped the inter-Korean declarations, a landmark for reunification common to the nation, and officially declared the confrontation of the social systems. It is again the puppet regime which insulted the DPRK by describing the operation in the Kaesong Industrial Zone, an offspring of the June 15 era, as someone's "source of money making," and worked out a sinister scenario to introduce U.S. special force into the zone, making much fuss about the "incident of detention," "rescue of hostages." It is none other than the regime that scuttled the six rounds of the talks for reopening the Kaesong Industrial Zone, which were arranged by the positive efforts of the DPRK, by setting absurd preconditions. The regime, obsessed with the confrontation with compatriots, checked the resumption of the tour of Mt. Kumgang, a cooperative undertaking common to the Korean nation, under the pretext of banning "source of money making" of the DPRK. The regime went so brazen-faced enough as to describe the reunion of the separated families and relatives from the north and the south of Korea, that was arranged with much effort, as the fruition of south Korea's "theory of principle", abusing it for escalating the confrontation. The reunion, therefore, proved abortive. The war-like forces' moves to unleash a nuclear war against the DPRK, in particular, have reached an extremely reckless phase. Madcap south Korea-U.S. joint nuclear war exercises targeting the DPRK are being staged in south Korea even at this moment and massive nuclear strike means, including a nuclear carrier of the U.S., are being transported through the sky, land and sea to be deployed in south Korea. A few days ago, south Korea and its American master held a military confab and worked out and officially announced the "tailored deterrence strategy" aimed at mounting preemptive nuclear attacks on the DPRK. Park and her regime only deepens the feelings of antagonism, confrontation and distrust through the racket for escalating stand-off and igniting a war, not building confidence step by step through dialogue and cooperation. This is the truth of the "confidence-building process on the Korean Peninsula" about which the Park group talks a great deal. Decrying the stand clarified by the DPRK to adhere to the line of pushing forward the economic construction and the building of nuclear force simultaneously to cope with the increasing nuclear threat of the U.S., the group jabbered that "the north should dismantle its nukes and opt for changes" and "the line is not helpful to the inhabitants in the north at all." As fair-minded world public opinion unanimously recognizes, the DPRK's nukes serve as a treasured sword for protecting the destiny of the country and the nation from the U.S. threat of nuclear war and a national treasure for reunified Korea. It is quite natural for the DPRK to have had access to nukes and bolstered up them to protect its dignity and the security of the nation under the situation where the U.S. nuclear threat persists. If the nuclear issue on the peninsula is to find a fair solution, it is necessary to defuse the U.S. nuclear threat which spawned the nuclear issue, force it to roll back its hostile policy towards the DPRK and make its aggressor forces pull out of south Korea taking with them all nuclear weapons. It is the height of ridicule for Park and her group to take issue with the above-said line of the DPRK this or that way, bereft of any elementary common sense and reason. "Demand of the international community" touted by the puppet regime is nothing but the brigands one of the U.S., its master. "Trend of the times" on its lips is no more than the anti-DPRK conspiratorial racket of such followers of the U.S. as the puppet group. The Park group makes much fuss about somebody's "changes" whenever an opportunity presents itself. This is nothing but sheer sophism intended to force the DPRK to divert from the roads of independence, Songun and socialism and realize its scenario for aggression in league with the U.S. It is none other than Park and her group, servants of the U.S., who should face up to the trend of the times and come to their senses. The U.S. is now driving the south Korean puppet group to use it as a shock force in the war of aggression, making it bound to the military alliance more tightly and placing it deep under "nuclear umbrella" in a bid to realize the scenario for world domination. Poor, indeed, is the south Korean puppet group trying hard to please its U.S. master, ballyhooing about "closer south Korea-U.S. alliance", unaware of the serious harm done even to its heart by the U.S. Park and her group would be well advised to mind their own business before talking nonsense about someone. If they are not willing to utter proper words in this bright world, they better shut their mouths. The Park group would be well advised to stop making reckless remarks, paying heed to the just criticism and proper warning made by the DPRK, though belatedly. They should behave themselves if they want to escape a miserable end.

Kim Jong Un Provides Field Guidance to Newly Built Central Mushroom Research Institute

Pyongyang, October 7 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, provided field guidance to the newly built Central Mushroom Research Institute of the State Academy of Sciences. The Institute with a total plottage of at least 6 100 square meters has its building, mushroom growing rooms for research and raw materials store, etc. It is a mushroom research center built according to the noble intention of Kim Jong Un making a new history of industrialization of mushroom growing. After going round the room dedicated to the history of the institute, he dropped in at different places including various research rooms, laboratories, e-library, products storing room and mushroom growing grounds to learn in detail about its construction and research work. He was pleased that not only different research rooms and labs and mushroom growing grounds but corridors leading to offices, main building and annexes, vestibule and resting place and all other aspects have been built in a peculiar style to be impeccable. He noted that the institute has a very important duty and role to perform in thoroughly carrying out the behests of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on turning the DPRK into a huge producer of mushroom. There is now a brisk drive for mushroom production in different parts of the country in hearty response to the appeal of the Party and large capacity mushroom farms and production bases are now under construction there, he said, adding that scientific research should be given precedence in order to put mushroom production on an industrial and scientific basis. He underscored the need for the institute to study and round off varieties of edible and medical mushroom growing technologies, intensify the work for solving the issue of substrate suited to the topographical peculiarities and satisfactorily produce and ensure spores necessary for mushroom growing. Calling for providing proper scientific and technological guidance to the mushroom producing units, he underlined the need to consolidate the data base related to the research and cultivation of mushroom and actively apply advanced technology and widely disseminate it among the relevant units. He called on the officials and researchers of the institute to register shining scientific research successes and thus turn the institute into a scientific research center to bring substantial benefits to the people. Recalling that he gave an instruction on completing the construction of the institute till the anniversary of the party, he noted a unit of the KPA carried out it without fail as the KPA considers it a bounden duty to implement the order of the supreme commander at any cost under any circumstances. CPRK SPOKESMAN DENOUNCES U.S.-S. KOREA MILITARY CONFAB AGAINST DPRK

Pyongyang, October 7 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean top military officials recently held the 45th annual security consultative meeting in Seoul. They adopted a "tailored deterrence strategy" aimed at a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK and discussed the issue of extending the period for the transfer of the wartime operational control and the issue of strengthening the capabilities for jointly coping with the DPRK under the pretext of "nuclear and ballistic missile threats" from the DPRK. The "tailored deterrence strategy" is a dangerous nuclear war scenario envisaging the preemptive attack on the DPRK with the mobilization of all military means including the nuclear weapons if there is even the slightest sign of the possible use of nuclear weapons and missiles by the DPRK. The spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) in a statement on Monday denounced the military confab as an extremely serious provocation to scuttle the process for dialogue and peace, escalate tensions and ignite a nuclear war. The U.S. is trying to ignite a nuclear war while talking about "sign of the use of nuclear weapons" by the DPRK on the Korean Peninsula, the statement noted, and went on: The military confab for aggression has created a touch-and-go situation in which an accidental case or a misjudgment may lead to a nuclear war. It is illogical for the Park Geun Hye regime to cry out for "dismantlement of nuclear weapons" and "denuclearization" of the DPRK while openly revealing its scheme for a nuclear war against the DPRK in league with the U.S. The U.S. and the puppet regime are trying hard to put political and military pressure on the DPRK, deter the DPRK's offensive for dialogue and peace and escalate the tensions through frantic nuclear war provocation moves and thus attain without fail their aggression purposes. This only heightens the indignation of the army and people of the DPRK. Should the U.S. and the puppet forces opt for the provocation of a nuclear war against the DPRK, defying its warnings, it will resolutely counter them. KIM JONG UN VISITS BREEDING STATION OF KPA

Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, visited the Breeding Station No. 621 of the KPA where its first phase construction was completed. He personally initiated the construction of the station and chose its site in a good place, unraveling problems arising in the construction one by one. He visited the construction site on May 20 and set the goal of the 1st phase to make sure that a comprehensive breeding center is built to specialize in breeding grass-eating domestic animals of good stock including goat. Soldier-builders waged a high-pitched drive day and night, creating pasture covering hundreds of hectares and building many establishments and pens and folds in a vast area of more than 1500 hectares. As a result, the first phase construction was successfully wound up and the breeding of domestic animals of good stock started, bringing about a dramatic change in the remote mountain village. After being briefed on the layout of the station and its long-term plan, he went round the breeding research center, management building, cultural hall, breeding pens and dwelling houses to learn about the construction in detail. He praised the soldier-builders for successfully carrying out the order of the supreme commander to complete the first phase construction of the station by the anniversary of the WPK in a matter of a little over 4 months. He was very pleased that a good prospect was opened for supplying more meat to service personnel thanks to the labor drive of the soldier-builders. Domestic animals of good stock bred by the station are very high in economic effectiveness, he said, adding that the People's Army is taking the lead in carrying out the behests of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on obtaining meat from grass. Noting that it is important to settle the matter of fodder in order to massively breed grass-eating domestic animals, he gave instructions to the station to exert a lot of efforts not only for effectively using existing pasture but creating new grass land and planting a lot of trees. As the station performs the function and role as an advanced base in carrying out the WPK's policy which calls for considering supply service as a struggle for defending socialism, he instructed the station to work out bold and big operations for building the station and push ahead with the project under a carefully worked out plan on the basis of the successes and experience gained and thus turn this area into a modern breeding station. He set the goal of the 2nd phase construction of the station and indicated orientation and ways for attaining it. KIM JONG UN PROVIDES FIELD GUIDANCE TO DAILY NECESSITIES FACTORY

Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, provided field guidance to the Daily Necessities Factory managed by Kim Ik Chol and specified tasks and ways for modernizing the factory. He first went round the monument to the on-the-spot instructions given by President Kim Il Sung, the monument to the field guidance provided by the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu and the room devoted to the education in the revolutionary history. He looked back with deep emotion on the course covered by the factory, recalling that Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk visited the factory several times including their visit on March 30, 1947 and gave instructions on increasing the production of quality daily necessities by improving business management. Going round various workshops, cultural hall, etc., he learned in detail about production and technical specifications of equipment and workers' cultural and emotional life. After learning in detail about the interior and exterior of the factory and varieties and quality of daily necessities, he praised the factory for doing a lot of work. U.S. WARNED OF DISASTROUS CONSEQUENCES TO BE ENTAILED BY NUCLEAR STRIKE MEANS OF ITS FORCES

Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People's Army released the following statement on Monday: The situation on the Korean Peninsula is now getting strained again though the tension had been defused thanks to the patient efforts on the part of the DPRK. This is entirely attributable to the persistent anti-DPRK military confrontation of the U.S. and Japanese aggressors and south Korean puppet forces. As already reported, the nuclear-powered carrier strike group of the navy of the U.S. imperialist aggression forces entered Pusan Port again at dawn of October 4. It participated in the DPRK-targeted joint naval maneuvers which had been under way secretly in the East Sea of Korea since September 30. This strike group is made up of the U.S. super-large nuclear-powered carrier George Washington with at least 100 nuclear bombs aboard, many guided-missile destroyers, cruisers, submarines and escort warships, etc. It is reported that the strike group will get involved in the DPRK-targeted large-scale joint naval strike maneuvers in the South Sea of Korea from Tuesday together with warship groups of the Japanese aggression forces and south Korean puppet navy. Now the U.S. imperialists are openly advertising that the drills to be staged with the aircraft carrier task force as an axis are a planned military offensive to pressurize the DPRK in a bid to deter its possible "provocations" including nuclear test and missile launch and lead it to "changes" desired by them. This clearly proves that the remarks of such high-ranking officials of the U.S. Obama administration as the secretary of State that the U.S. neither pursues a hostile policy towards the DPRK nor has the will to attack it are sheer lies. The gravity of the situation is that all these military moves are timed to coincide with the adoption of the "tailored deterrence strategy" presupposing a preemptive strike at the DPRK between the master and its servant. In this connection, the units of all services and army corps level of the KPA received an emergency order from its supreme command to reexamine the operation plans already ratified by it and keep them fully ready to promptly launch operations any time, watching with high vigilance every move of the U.S. and Japanese aggressors and the puppet forces. The U.S. should bear in mind that the more frequently and the deeper its imperialist aggression forces' nuclear strike means including the nuclear carrier enter the air above the vicinity of the Korean Peninsula and waters off it, the more unpredictable disasters their actions will cause. DPRK FOREIGN MINISTRY SPOKESMAN BLASTS U.S.-JAPAN-S. KOREA JOINT NAVAL MANEUVERS

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK released the following statement Wednesday: The DPRK's sincere efforts to ensure peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula are now faced with a grave challenge. The U.S. let its nuclear carrier George Washington gets involved in the joint naval maneuvers to be staged by it with Japanese and south Korean forces in the South Sea of Korea. Gravity of the situation is that the military drills started right after U.S. military authorities flew into south Korea and officially announced "tailored deterrence strategy" targeted against the DPRK, fostering military confrontation and war hysteria. The strategy calls for stifling the DPRK by mobilizing all military forces including conventional armed forces of the U.S. and puppet south Korea and missile defense system, not content with the offer of a nuclear umbrella to south Korea by the U.S., the world's biggest possessor of nuclear weapons. It is, in essence, a plan to increase nuclear threat to the DPRK and mount a preemptive nuclear strike at it. The military drills planned against this backdrop are a serious military provocation against the DPRK and an outright challenge to the efforts made by the DPRK for peace. The DPRK has made positive efforts to check the vicious cycle of tensions and create peaceful environment essential for building an economic power and improving the standard of people's living. It made a series of dialogue proposals on its own initiative prompted by the desire to ensure peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and denuclearize it through dialogue and negotiations. It exercised utmost restraint when the U.S. held Ulji Freedom Guardian military exercises with the puppet south Korean forces with the involvement of a nuclear strategic bomber in August. Now the U.S. is staging nuclear war exercises by introducing nuclear carrier, rendering the situation extremely tense. The situation proves that it is none other than the U.S. which is harassing peace and escalating the tensions on the Korean Peninsula. The U.S. deliberate act of escalating tensions on the peninsula despite the DPRK's patient efforts for peace is aimed to bar the DPRK, a nuclear weapons state, from achieving economic prosperity. This act is also aimed to justify its bolstering of the armed forces to hold a military edge in the Asia-Pacific region. It is precisely for this reason that the U.S. has resorted to military provocations, while persistently shunning the DPRK's just demand for ensuring peace and stability on the peninsula through dialogue and negotiations without preconditions. There is a limit to patience. The DPRK loves peace but never begs for it and it is ready for both dialogue and confrontation. The DPRK will invariably keep to the road of its own option and surely build a prosperous country on this land, no matter how desperately the hostile forces may try.
