9 O’clock on September 9, 2016

At 9 o’clock on September 9, 2016 by the Pyongyang time, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea conducted a nuclear warhead test.
Now we shall see the meaning of the digits.
September 9 is the anniversary day of the founding of the DPRK.
It is understandable to everyone that the country demonstrated its might on its founding day.
Then the 9 o’clock? And when the digits of the year 2016 are added? It is again 9.
Is this repetition of 9 coincidental?
As we all know, 9 is the largest and last digit in the decimal system.
Doesn’t it mean that this nuclear warhead test constitutes the climax of the strengthening of the country’s nuclear forces and perfection of its nuclear weapon technology?
To look back, after conducting the first nuclear test in October 2006, ten years ago, to cope with the extreme and arbitrary nuclear blackmail by the US, the DPRK has steadily developed its nuclear technology by conducting several rounds of underground nuclear test. It was an epoch-making event in strengthening its nuclear forces that in March 2013 the Workers’ Party of Korea set forth the line of simultaneously promoting economic construction and the upbuilding of the nuclear forces. In accordance with this line, the DPRK conducted its first H-bomb test successfully in January this year. It has now joined the front rank of nuclear-armed nations on its own terms.
In the face of these developments, the US should have withdrawn its self-destructive nuclear threat to the DPRK.
However, insisting that it can never recognize the possession of nuclear weapons by the DPRK, the US has conducted one nuclear war game after another in south Korea this year, including Key Resolve, Foal Eagle-16 and Ulji Freedom Guardian, by mobilizing its strategic nuclear assets like strategic bombers and submarines.
The DPRK seemed to be determined to cool down the fevered heads of the US politicians who, obsessed with the self-acclaimed US monopoly of nuclear weapons, had lost normal thinking ability; it made public its small-sized nuclear warhead, and successively conducted the static firing test of new-type high-thrust motor of intercontinental ballistic rocket, re-entry simulation test of ballistic rocket, underwater launch test of ballistic missile from a strategic submarine and ballistic rocket launching drill of Hwasong artillery units of the Strategic Force of the Korean People’s Army. Through these, it demonstrated that it was now equipped with nuclear warhead and its delivery bodies.
What remained was whether the nuclear warhead was a real one or not. Through the nuclear warhead test, the DPRK substantiated that it was a real one. The country also finally examined and confirmed the performance and power of the nuclear warhead, standardized so that it could be loaded in the strategic ballistic rockets. By standardizing the nuclear warheads, the country has secured the technology for producing and using different types of fissionable materials; it has become capable of producing more powerful nuclear warheads that are small, light and varied, as many as needed, and production of nuclear weapons has attained a higher stage.

In short, the DPRK’s nuclear technology has reached its highest level possible, and it has finished its preparations for a nuclear war with the US. The repeated 9s of 9 o’clock of September 9, 2016 indicate this.
