THE TRUTH OF HISTORY

The state-sponsored sexual slavery enforced by the Japanese soldiers and defined as an A-class crime against humanity in human history is drawing increasing denunciation and condemnation in the international community.
However, the present politicians of Japan insist that the forcible drafting of “comfort women” is not a truth.
What is, then, the truth of history?

“I Appeal for the Conscience of the World”
Pak Yong Sim, a Korean, is a former “comfort woman” for the Japanese soldiers. She is now known widely in the world. The following is her testimony of her life as a sexual slave until the defeat of Japan in the Second World War:
When I was 14, I was sold to a tailor’s in Hupho-dong, Nampho (a western coastal city in Korea). I was working as a cook there, before falling into the trap of “girl hunt” around March 1938. A Japanese policeman escorted me and a 22-year-old girl to Pyongyang. When I arrived at the Pyongyang Railway Station, I found 15 Korean women there. The first place we arrived after travelling by train and then by truck was Nanjing, China. There were many military barracks. We were dragged to a 3-storeyed brick house surrounded by barbed-wire fences. It was a “comfort station.” The rooms in the house were 2m wide and 2.5m long each. We were given Japanese names. Mine was Utamaru. And we were forced to sexual slavery from the day of our arrival. Each of us had to serve 30 Japanese soldiers every day. They were all beasts of prey. If we failed to serve them obediently, they meted out indescribable punishments, like kicking, beating, and stabbing with sword or beheading at the severest. If one fell ill or malnourished, she was carried away to somewhere or thrown into a river. After three years there, I was taken to a “comfort station” in Rangoon, Myanmar, via Shanghai. I was called Wakaharu there, and had to serve Japanese soldiers, including tankmen. After another two years I was taken to a frontline area along the border between China and Myanmar. In the midst of showering shells and bombs, I had to satisfy the Japanese soldiers’ brutal needs. Most of the comfort women who had been dragged there died either of beating, bombing or illness. The Korean women who had managed to survive were taken, along with the defeated Japanese soldiers, to a POW camp in Kunming, China, after the war. Later back at home, I became a permanent disabled, talking in sleep and fretting now and then because of mitral disease and nervous debility. Whenever those nightmarish days were reminded, I would grind my teeth with indignation at the brutish Japanese soldiers. I have lived without ever feeling the happiness of being a mother. And whenever I recall my unfortunate past, I am reminded of the numerous Korean women who had become forlorn wandering spirits in alien lands after experiencing indescribable maltreatment. But the Japanese government is brazen enough to resort to all manner of trickery to leave its past crimes in the dark. I appeal for the conscience of the world to put pressure to bear upon the government of Japan so that it would clearly repent of its crime-ridden past and make due compensation.

“I Was a Sexual Slave Hunter”
Yoshida Seiji, who worked for the Loyal Labour Society, a peripheral organization of the Japanese police, is one of the testifiers to the truth of the forcible drafting of the Korean “comfort women” by Japan; he authored such books as I Drafted Korean Women in This Way and Japanese People and Korean Comfort Women.
At an interview with Hokkaido Shimbun, he said:
I was, true to the words, a sexual slave hunter who drafted Koreans for “comfort women.” The Korean women drafted under my personal command numbered l 000 and over. When we arrived at a village, first we would gather women along a road. If there were any who tried to take flight, we would batter them down with dummy swords. Under the guard of a rifle-toting policeman, we would kick and beat crying women and separate them from their nursing babies if there were any. Sometimes there were 2- or 3-year-old children running after their mothers, crying; we would throw them away. And then we forced all the women onto a truck. What I want to make clear here is that we didn’t “recruit” the “comfort women,” but drafted them forcibly.

DECLASSIFIED DOCUMENT FROM THE MACARTHUR COMMAND
The nature of forcible drafting of “comfort women” is now being revealed by the declassified documents from the national-level archives of the United States. Most recently, a document on forcible drafting of sexual slaves in 1945 for Japanese troops was declassified.
According to the document, titled Installations for Comforting Japanese Troops and compiled by the Far East Command of the Allied Forces on November 15, 1945 in the name of MacArthur, the then commander, Japanese businesspeople in Korea, at the suggestion of the military authorities, drafted Korean women and took them to Myanmar and various other places with the permission of the military authorities.

This is the truth of history. Nevertheless, the Japanese politicians claim that there is no evidence on forcible drafting of the “comfort women” and they want to see them if there are any. How brazen-faced they are!
KIM JONG UN PROVIDES FIELD GUIDANCE TO FOODSTUFF FACTORY OF KPA
Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, provided field guidance to Foodstuff Factory No. 354 of the KPA.
The factory with a total plottage of at least 6 900 square meters is a foodstuff processing base for mass-producing confectionary and bread for service personnel.
Officials of the factory told Kim Jong Un in an excited tone that its employees were speeding up production after voluntarily coming out to the factory at the thought that he would surely visit their work site on the Day of Mothers.
He with a broad smile on his face extended warm congratulations to the working women of the factory on the day.
Kim Jong Un looked round the room dedicated to its history.
He said the factory developed into a food processing base specializing in the production of high-quality confectionary and bread for service personnel under the meticulous guidance and care of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
Going round various places of the factory including biscuit, bread and zeppole shops and cultural hall of the factory, he learned in detail about the progress made in its modernization, production and cultural and emotional life of its workers.

He personally tasted biscuit, saying it looks attractive and is tasty.
Noting that the factory, though small in production area, is raising work efficiency and improving quality of products while using not big work force and cutting down production cost as less as possible, he stressed this is ascribable to the modernization of its production processes as desired by the party.

NDC POLICY DEPARTMENT OF DPRK SLAMS PARK GEUN HYE'S SOPHISM DURING HER FOREIGN TRIP
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the Policy Department of the DPRK National Defence Commission (NDC) released a statement on Thursday denouncing the foreign trip made by Park Geun Hye during which she revealed her true colors as a despicable sycophant and traitor and maniac keen on confrontation with compatriots.
Recalling that she visited West European countries from Nov. 2 to 9 in the wake of her junkets to the U.S. and other foreign countries as soon as she took office as puppet south Korean president, the statement said:
Park again shouted herself hoarse for the DPRK's "dismantlement of nukes" during her trips to West European countries.
Nukes and missiles of the DPRK serve as strong forces deterring the U.S. from inflicting a nuclear disaster upon the former and treasured swords for self-defence to protect the destiny of the country and compatriots.
Sovereignty and dignity are dearer than the destiny of a nation.
In this sense, the demand that the DPRK should dismantle its nukes and missiles is, in the final analysis, little short of forcing it to give up its sovereignty and dignity to be a slave of imperialism.
The same can be said of such words as "right option" and "genuine change" uttered by Park.
What the DPRK wishes for is by no means the U.S.-style market economy based on showy U.S.-style democracy or logic of jungle law.
The road to be covered by the DPRK is the one characterized by its independence in politics, self-support in the economy and self-reliance in defence, the path of giving top priority to the interests of the nation.
It is the most right option and genuine change desired by all compatriots to map out policies as required by the road and carry out them in practice.
The army and people of the DPRK as ever independently settle the issues related to the north-south relations on the principle of placing the nation above all and attaching importance to it.
It is none other than Park Geun Hye who should make a right option and work for genuine peace.
Prior to her trip to West European countries, she even talked about "north-south summit" in a bid to improve her image.
She pretended to be concerned for the detente on the Korean Peninsula and the prospect of the inter-Korean relations. However, it only revealed her vulgar personality.
North-south summit serves as an important occasion in achieving the unity of the nation and a lever for realizing peaceful reunification.
It is quite natural that good remarks favorable for the interests of the nation cannot be heard from her as she has such a wrong way of thinking as considering hostility as "confidence" and confrontation as "principle."
Park clearly revealed her nature as an ugly sycophant and traitor and maniac keen on confrontation with fellow countrymen not only during her visit to the U.S. in May prior to her recent tour of West European countries but also during her junkets to a neighboring country and Southeast Asian countries.
Such anachronistic act of treachery as clinging to coattails of foreign forces, her back turned on the nation, will only result in wringing her neck herself.
Availing itself of this opportunity, the Policy Department of the NDC of the DPRK once again serves the following strong warning to Park and her group:
First, they should not dare utter words about the nukes of the DPRK and its line of simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force any longer.
Their vociferous talking about those matters as dictated by their American master would only add to the thrice-cursed crimes committed by them as sycophants and traitors and maniacs keen on confrontation with fellow countrymen.
They should know well that no one is more miserable than those political servants dancing to the tune of others, bereft of their own senses.
Second, they should not behave impudently in a bid to lead someone to "changes".
We watch thriving DPRK on the horizon. We are realizing all the dreams full of confidence, which the nation and the fellow countrymen have desired to bring into reality, along the path of our own choice.
It is not us but Park and her followers stuck in the mire of "yusin" that should make "changes."
Park should bear in mind that the south Korean people, too, have long worked hard to transform south Korean society into the one of justice, opposed to the road of sycophancy and treachery.
Third, if she wants to build confidence and receive the treatment as "head of state," she should come to her senses and properly behave.
It is said that treatment of one depends on his or her behavior.
Park should know that genuine confidence can be built only when she respects all the north-south joint declarations and agreements reached according to them, common achievements of the nation, before grumbling about someone's "breaking of promise" and good treatment would be accorded only when she stops deliberately speaking ill of someone.
Park and her group had better come to their senses, though belatedly.
Our army and people will closely watch their future attitude

He said that November 6 was the third anniversary of Jo's death.
Jo was a close comrade-in-arms of Kim Jong Il, he said, adding he missed Jo so much and visited the hall on the occasion of his death anniversary.
The feats Jo performed for the party, revolution, country and people will shine long along with the advance of the revolutionary cause of Juche, he noted.
He then went round the hall.
He said that the hall displays photos of President Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's lifetime comrades-in-arms who protected the party with arms by staking their destiny on the party and leader.

They were staunch revolutionaries and true soldiers who dedicated themselves to laying solid foundations for comradeship, pride of the Korean revolution and source of invincible might, and to developing the KPA into invincible revolutionary armed forces, he said.
He gave an important instruction to renew the hall.
He underscored the need to rebuild the hall to showcase the faith, obligation and feats of the revolutionary soldiers, who dedicated themselves to the party, leader, country and people, to help service personnel and people get a good knowledge of their noble ideological and mental world.
He was accompanied by Choe Ryong Hae, Kim Su Gil, Ryom Chol Song, Ri Jae Il and Hwang Pyong So.

KIM JONG UN VISITS MARTYRS CEMETERY OF KPA NAVY
Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, visited the cemetery of fallen fighters of KPA Navy Unit 790 who met heroic deaths while performing their combat duties.

After receiving a report that commanding officers and sailors of submarine chaser No. 233 fell while performing their combat duties in mid-October last, he took a measure for finding out all their bodies and holding a solemn funeral for them.
He examined the layout of the cemetery several times and gave a detailed instruction on how to make grave stones and rails and what colour of stone should be used. He also instructed officials to have pictures of the fallen fighters carved on their grave stones.
The above-said commanding officers and sailors thus came to enjoy immortality thanks to his profound loving care.
Kim Jong Un laid a flower before the cemetery and paid silent tribute to the memory of the fallen fighters.
Senior officials of the party and army who accompanied him placed flowers before the cemetery and observed a moment silence in honour of them.
He looked round the cemetery.
Watching stone pictures of the fallen fighters one by one, he said that he felt as if they had risen up to greet him.
Feasting his eyes on the cemetery built in a quiet and sunny place with blue sea ahead, he said that the cemetery is located in a very good place as it is near from where the unit is stationed.
He said that sailors of the unit have now become able to sail for performing their combat duties as requested by the fallen fighters after bidding farewell to them, adding that he felt much relieved after having a burial ceremony for them.
He noted that he could hardly go to sleep, when thinking they died at so young ages, though the defence of the country is accompanied by sacrifices.
He said that he felt heart-breaking when thinking of the fallen fighters who served in the navy, their hearts burning with the dream and hope to perform feats with great ambition and their parents grieved at their deaths and their wives who had waited for their return from voyage. He added what bitter sorrow they might feel as he felt so painful.
After watching the cemetery, he said that there should be the name of the owner of each grave, adding he would like to be that owner and asked officials to carve his name on the grave stones. I will feel relieved a bit only when my name is carved on them, he noted.
Saying that the martyrs are his comrades-in-arms and comrades, he stressed that although they died before realizing the lifetime desires of the great Generalissimos under the leadership of the supreme commander, they showed all service personnel how a soldier should carry out the order of the country through their heroic deaths.
The revolutionary spirit of the martyrs who readily dedicated their precious lives to defending the country's sea will always live on, he said.
He stressed that not only the sailors of the unit but all the service personnel of the KPA should learn from the exploits and noble spiritual world of the martyrs who firmly defended their posts till the last moments of their lives and carried out the combat order at the cost of their lives.
KIM JONG UN GIVES FIELD GUIDANCE TO SHIPYARD
Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army (KPA), gave field guidance to the shipyard managed by Ju Song Ho.
He went round various places of the shipyard including the sheet metal processing shop, parts assembly ground and general assembly ground to acquaint him in detail with the shipbuilding.
He was greatly satisfied to learn that the officials, workers and technicians of the shipyard were waging a dynamic drive to build modern ships.
He said there is no goal out of reach as long as there are proud and brave workers who heartily respond to the Party's idea of pushing back the frontiers of the latest science and technology and make devoted efforts to translate it into reality.
Thanks to the wise leadership of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il solid shipbuilding bases were established in the country, he noted, adding this is a powerful demonstration of the might of the self-supporting national economy.
He underlined the need to make sustained efforts to build modern ships at the shipyard, noting that the development of the shipbuilding industry is of very weighty importance in the country as it is surrounded by sea on three sides.
He said that it is necessary to develop the shipbuilding technology, put the production process on a scientific and modern basis and ensure the best quality of all parts as the shipbuilding industry is one of the important criteria showing the nation's level of the development of science and technology and industry.
In order to build modern ships the relevant units should produce necessary equipment and raw and other materials qualitatively and supply them in good time, he stressed.
He set forth tasks before the shipyard, expressing his expectation and belief that its workers would creditably perform their honourable mission and duty.

He was accompanied by Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA.

KIM JONG UN VISITS CONSTRUCTION SITE OF SKI RESORT ON MASIK PASS
Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, visited again the Ski Resort on Masik Pass.
First he went round the hotel which was built in a peculiar style.
He was satisfied to see the hotel built to match the mountainous scenery and natural environment as required by the design ratified by the Party.
He appreciated the hotel as a flawless structure and model building as it fully meets the requirements of the Party's idea of architectural beauty which calls for designing and constructing all construction objects according to their features and purposes.
He dropped in at the resting places in the primary and intermediate skiing courses.
Praising the soldier-builders for building well the resting places as intended by the Party, he instructed them to build all resting places to be impeccable so that the visitors to the ski resort may not only train their physical bodies but have a pleasant rest.
Going round the completed skiing courses, he said it is nice to see the skiing courses constructed by builders as required by the construction method and the turf planted with good care.
The construction of the ski resort conceived and initiated by the Party is near its completion, he said, adding that this is entirely ascribable to the merits of the soldier-builders and a shining fruition of their heroic feats.
Saying that he was quite right when he assigned the project for building the ski resort to the Korean People's Army and it carried out a great nature-remaking project and the new watchword the "speed on Masik Pass" is shining more brilliantly thanks to the KPA, he stressed that the WPK is proud and honoured to have such army.
The KPA has done a lot of work for the people this year including the construction of Munsu Water Park and Mirim Riding Club, he said, adding that when the ski resort on Masik Pass is completed, more cheerful laughter of people will be heard from the area of Masik Pass. He noted when thinking of youth and children and all other people enjoying skiing in the modern ski resort, he would feel the worth of making a revolution.
Acknowledging the cheers of the builders for a long while, he said that all participants in the construction are patriots and the feats performed by them would go down in the history of building a rich and powerful country.
He indicated tasks to be fulfilled for building the ski resort as the world's best one and ways to do so.
He was accompanied by Choe Ryong Hae, Ryom Chol Song, Hwang Pyong So, Kim Tong Hwa, Hong Yong Chil, Ma Won Chun and Jo Nam Jin.

FOR PEACE
The Korean peninsula is one of the hot spots in the world, which is decisive of the destiny of not only Northeast Asia but also the rest of the world. The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is making a great contribution to the world peace.
PEACE-LOVING PEOPLE
The DPRK, a socialist state in which the people are masters of everything and everything serves them, provides its citizens with every condition for obtaining food, clothing, housing and others. Everybody lives in harmony, helping and leading one another forward and enjoying the benefits of free education and medical care under the tax-free system.
Rev. Billy Graham, an American evangelist, said after visiting the DPRK that even God had nothing to do there.
It is axiomatic that such country and people love peace.
As everybody knows, the DPRK suffered the ravages of three-year war (June 1950-July 1953) by the armed invasion of the United States. Afterwards, it has been constantly menaced by war moves and nuclear weapons amid acute confrontation with the US. In this course its people have felt the value of peace more keenly than anybody else.
Since the founding of the DPRK (September 9, 1948) its people have made their consistent efforts to guarantee peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and in its surrounding region, raising peace as a basic ideal of its foreign policy and a principle of its external activities.
Special attention should be paid to the fact that the DPRK is one of the countries which were the first to advance a proposal on the establishment of nuclear-free, peace zones in the world.
In April 1959 the DPRK government proposed establishing a nuke-free, peace zone in Asia. In March 1981 the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea and the then Socialist Party of Japan made public a joint declaration on the establishment of nuclear-free, peace zone in Northeast Asia. In June 1986 a government statement was issued on creating a nuclear-free, peace zone on the Korean peninsula and in February 1992 a joint declaration of the north and south of Korea on the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula was adopted and taken effect. The DPRK put forward many other realistic proposals for peace. As it regards it as an issue vital to the destiny of the Korean nation and an urgent demand for securing peace and security in Asia and the rest of the world, the DPRK has so far exerted all possible efforts to make the Korean peninsula a nuclear-free, peace zone.
Yahya Zakariya Khairullah, an Egyptian figure, said those people who love peace and safeguard it in all sincerity like Koreans would be rare to be found on this planet.

PEACE IS DEAREST TO KOREANS
Proposals and efforts of the DPRK and aspiration of its people for peace have always encountered with grave challenges by the US.
The US has stationed its troops in south Korea for nearly 70 years, with the deployment of huge armed force and nuclear weapons in and around the Korean peninsula, and exerted constant political and diplomatic pressure on the DPRK, along with economic blockade and military provocations against it, in pursuit of its wild ambition for domination of the whole of Korea.
The US, which has formulated a policy of nuclear pre-emptive strike and threatened with nuclear the other countries regardless of their nuclear possession, is further intensifying its nuclear blackmail against the DPRK, creating a hair-trigger situation of nuclear war in the region.
This year the US instigated the UN Security Council to fabricate a resolution on imposing sanctions against the DPRK, finding fault with the DPRK’s legitimate and peaceful satellite launch in December last year. It further launched in south Korea the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises on the largest scale, involving the means of ground, naval and aerial nuclear strike as well as the troops from Britain, Canada, Australia and other vassal countries which had participated on the US side in the Korean war.
Despite the situation, a war does not break out and peace is maintained on the Korean peninsula. The credit goes to the consistent, peace-loving efforts and a reliable war deterrent of the DPRK.
Peace can neither be achieved if one desires it, nor be maintained by begging.
Tragic fates of Iraq, Libya and some other countries, that had abandoned their war deterrent, and yielded to pressure and appeasement of the imperialists, prove that the national sovereignty and dignity, to say nothing of peace, can never be safeguarded without strong defence capabilities.
It is logical for the DPRK to insist that possessing its own nuclear deterrent is the best way to defend security and peace of its region from the increasing nuclear threat and pre-emptive strike attempts of the US. It also seems the best choice for it, which set it a major target to improve the people’s standard of living by concentrating its efforts on the economic construction under peaceful circumstances, to possess nuclear weapons and strengthen its nuclear forces both in quality and in quantity in countering the nuclear threat of the US.
For this reason the DPRK has put forth a new strategic line of simultaneously carrying on the construction of the economy and the up building of the nuclear forces.
It makes it possible for the DPRK to defend itself more reliably from imperialist forces, and further guarantee peace and security on the Korean peninsula, in Northeast Asia, and the rest of the world.
The Russian newspaper Patriot wrote that the world is well aware that as long as the nuclear weapons are in the hands of the strong and industrious Korean people, they will guarantee the world peace for sure, because those nuclear weapons will be used entirely to serve the good-natured people and contend the US and other Western forces, which are making frantic efforts to realize their plots to invade other countries.

CPRK SPOKESMAN RAPS S. KOREAN AUTHORITIES' ANTI-DPRK MOVES
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- These days the south Korean puppet group is becoming more desperate in its moves to abduct inhabitants of the DPRK and hatch plots against it by use of defectors from the north.
In this regard, the spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea issued a statement on Friday.
The statement said:
Agents of the puppet Intelligence Service (IS) of south Korea are now working with bloodshot eyes to lure and abduct inhabitants of the DPRK by infiltrating members of such plot-breeding organizations as "Turi Hana" into its northern border area. They are, at the same time, bribing those who had been taken to south Korea before sending them back to the DPRK with the mission to gather information about it and destabilize it.
Meanwhile, the puppet Foreign Ministry set up what it called a "cooperation team" tasked to lure and abduct inhabitants of the DPRK overseas and established similar teams in south Korean embassies in neighbouring countries and Southeast Asian countries. The number of members of such teams is now on the sharp increase.
The puppet Ministry of Unification shaped a budget to "finance river-crossing" and is going busy with operations to lure and abduct inhabitants of the DPRK, providing funds through the "Foundation for Defectors from North".
It is wooing defectors from the north to stage performances on payment condition, thus using them for false propaganda against the DPRK.
The chief executive, prime minister and other heavyweights of the south Korean regime are zealously putting forward human scum, praising them as "fighters for independence." The south Korean regime is operating even a "course for training leaders for defectors from north" overseas after creating an organization called "academy of leaders of young defectors from north for unification."
The operations to lure and abduct inhabitants of the DPRK being carried out with various ministries and agencies and bosses in power involved and the conspiratorial racket kicked up by use of defectors from the north are something unprecedented. This clearly indicates what reckless phase they have reached.
The above-said operations and conspiratorial ruckus are nothing but hysteric frenzy to tarnish the international prestige of the DPRK and break the single-minded unity and achieve their sinister purpose, taken aback by the stirring reality of the DPRK in which its people are making steady leap forward and winning victory after victory.
The world knows no such brutal villains and depraved guys, obsessed with confrontation with fellow countrymen, as the south Korean puppet group which lures and abducts compatriots in broad daylight in wanton violation of sovereignty of other countries and international law, with all "government" institutions and human scum involved.
The puppet regime's terrorism and conspiratorial plots are, in fact, hideous provocation against the people and social system of the DPRK and declaration of a war against it.
The CPRK upon the authorization solemnly declares the following decisive practical actions to cope with the evermore undisguised abduction operations and conspiratorial plots of the puppet regime:
1. Those involved in the abduction of inhabitants of the DPRK and flesh traffic, participants in the smear campaign against the DPRK and violators of its sovereignty and human rights of its inhabitants will be on the list of merciless punishment, regardless of whether they are agents or servants of the IS. Namely Nam Jae Jun, director of the IS, the centre of plot-breeding operations, will be its primary target.
2. The decisive actions to physically liquidate the despicable criminals and human scum will immediately kick off the moment they were declared. These decisive measures for national security and the guarantee of human rights of inhabitants are an exercise of due rights under the law of the DPRK and they are just and above-board in the light of international law.
Whoever challenges the inviolable dignity and social system of the DPRK and abuses the human rights of its inhabitants will find no room to stay on this land. -0-
The south Korean puppet group should know that they would get nothing with such foolish acts as sweeping the sea with a broom but self-destruction and denunciation at home and abroad.

The south Korean authorities and those on the list of punishment should keep in mind our ultimatum is not the warning of words anymore.
