He visited the fisheries station on May 27 and asked the manager of the station to send him a letter if it netted 4,000 tons of fish so that he might know the happy news.
The employees of the station caught more than 4,000 tons of fishes in a matter of six months and sent a letter to the supreme commander.
After receiving the letter, he sent to the manager the following autographic reply expressing his loving care and trust:
"To Comrade Yun Yong Il,
I received your letter with pleasure.
I send my regards to the employees of your fisheries station who achieved great success in fishing.
Thank you.
I believe you will make big hauls of fishes like a rich harvest next year, too.
I wish all of you good health.
Kim Jong Un

He visited the far-off fisheries station again after sending his autographic reply to it.

He said in an excited tone: "How President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il would have been pleased if they had seen this gratifying scene. It makes me remember Kim Jong Il who would be moved to tears whenever he was told that service personnel had been well fed."
He highly praised Manager Yun Yong Il as hero who devotedly carried out the order of the party by leading the employees and extended thanks to all employees of the fisheries station on behalf of the Supreme Commander of the KPA.
He showed such profound loving care for them as inviting them to come to Pyongyang so that they might visit the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il standing at the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces to present a report of loyalty to them and have a photo session with him.
He went round the newly arranged the room for the education in the revolutionary history and the room dedicated to the history of the station.
