Your Excellency

 I would like to pay the highest tribute to the great leader KIM JONG IL, the eternal General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the eternal  Chairman of the DPRK National Defense Commission, on the occasion of the 4^th anniversary of his demise.

The whole life of KIM JONG IL was the one devoted to the building of a bright future of his country and people.

Though the world was apprehensive about the destiny of Korea, it forced its way through difficulties unprecedented in its history and ushered in a new era of building a thriving socialist country. This is the historic event that cannot be explained otherwise but as a miracle from the viewpoint of international community.

I sincerely wish that the Korean people will achieve greater victory in building a thriving country and reunify the nation rallied firmly around the respected Marshal KIM JONG UN.
