Pyongyang, July 28 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un,
chairman of the Workers'
Party of Korea,
chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic
People's
Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of
the
DPRK, appreciated a concert given by the National Symphony Orchestra to
mark
July 27, the day of war victory.
When
Supreme Leader of the
Party, state and
armed forces
Kim
Jong Un appeared in
the auditorium, all the audience shouted "hurrah!"
extending
the greatest glory to him.
He
warmly waved back to the enthusiastically cheering audience.
Put
on the stage of the concert which started with orchestra "July 27
March"
were symphonic
poem "Eternal Ode to Victory", female solo "Peace Is
Guaranteed
by Our Arms" and female trio "Our National Flag".
Listening
to the
symphonic poem comprised
of wartime songs and contemporary famous songs, the audience recollected
the rigorous days of the hard-fought Fatherland Liberation War.
Among
the audience were Ri
Man Gon, Pak Kwang Ho, Ri
Su Yong, Kim
Yong Chol,
Jo Yong Won, Kim Yo
Jong and Choe Son Hui who
are senior
officials
of the Party and the
government, Yang Hyong Sop,
Ri Myong Su,
Choe Yong Rim
and other war veterans,
senior officials of the
Party Central
Committee,
persons of merits, creators and artistes of major art organizations
and
youth and students.
