Sound of Victory Shakes the World

Some days ago the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea succeeded in the test-launch of the inter-continental ballistic missile Hwasong 14, which was conducted in the northwest region of the country. This sound of victory is now shaking the whole world.

Significance of Victory

It is not true that justice always emerges victorious. History has witnessed victory of injustice more often than victory of justice. Justice not supported by strength is merely an empty talk. The world today shows this truth more clearly.

After the Second World War, the world has not granted any nuclear state any right to threaten non-nuclear states. However, the US has threatened the DPRK for over half a century with nuclear weapons. To defend its rights to survival and development, the DPRK was compelled to possess nuclear weapon. The US and its vassal forces resorted to all kinds of sanctions and pressure, charging the DPRK’s self-defensive measure as illegal.

No country uttered a word of protest against the unjustifiable act of the US, the world’s greatest nuclear nation. On the contrary, some big countries, studying the face of US, toed its line with the motive for gaining some “profits.” The US, with the colours flying and band playing, hurled a massive means of nuclear strike such as aircraft carriers, strategic bombers and submarines in and around the Korean peninsula, watching for a chance to deal a nuclear preemptive strike against the country.

At long last, the DPRK dealt a final blow to the arbitrariness of the US. It put an end to the history, when injustice was lording it over the world by relying on brute strength. The history of the US, a self-acclaimed leader of the world, which was too confident that it could do whatever it wanted, and an arrogant empire which thought that it could commit any act if it were displeasure, has come to an end.

The DPRK’s success constitutes a historic event which reliably guarantees peace on the Korean peninsula, in northeast Asia and the rest of the world. As it has possessed ICBM, the US cannot ever dream about unleashing another war on the Korean peninsula, and the DPRK could guarantee peace and stability in northeast Asia and the rest of the world.

Historical Inevitability

In 1905 when Korea was placed under military occupation by Japan, it was incapable of producing even a small rifle; its total output of electric power was 227 h.p. Theodore Roosevelt, US president in early 20^th century, debased Koreans as a nation who was incapable of raising even a finger to defend their country. The country was subjected to fate of colonial salve under the military occupation of Japanese imperialists for 40 years because of weak military strength.

Based on the lessons taught by the past history of his country, Kim Il Sung, founding-father of socialist Korea, formulated the Songun idea in the early days of his revolutionary struggle, and exerted all his efforts to strengthening the country’s defence capabilities. Kim Jong Il, who formulated Songun politics as the basic mode of socialist politics in the late 1990s, also attached primary importance to strengthening the defence capabilities, thus developing the country into a nuclear nation against the increasing US nuclear blackmail.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, carrying forward the Songun-based leadership of the leaders of the preceding generations, advanced the line of promoting economic construction and building up the nuclear forces simultaneously, and strengthened the nuclear forces in every way possible. Now the DPRK possesses SLBM technology, ballistic rockets with various firing ranges and H-bombs. And now it succeeded in the test-firing of Hwasong 14. These are an inevitability born of history.

Victory of the DPRK Will Be Eternal

The successful test-firing of ICBM by the DPRK has thrown the US and other hostile forces into utter confusion. Though the US is imposing “maximum pressure” against the country it has failed to check it in its advance towards perfecting its nuclear forces.

For the present, what can the US do?

In case it opts for a war, it has to get ready to go back to the state before the primitive age. For all that, it cannot sit idle only looking at the DPRK’s strengthening of its nuclear forces. The successful test-firing of Hwasong 14 in a matter of two months since its successful test-firing of Hwasong 12 must have given a strong impact on the US and its vassal forces.

There is no other option for the US, however desperate it may be, than to acknowledge DPRK’s possession of nuclear weapons and come to the negotiating table.

No sanction or pressure cut ice with the DPRK. Some days ago, US President Trump wrote on Twitter that the US plan to move China so as to check North Korea’s nuclear programme ended in failure. The chairman of the American Diplomatic Council confessed that denuclearization of North Korea was an unrealistic goal. These remarks were made before the test-launch of Hwasong 14. It is not so difficult to guess what Trump and other American rulers would say. Western political analysts said that as the DPRK became the sixth nation that possesses ICBM, a major variable came into being for the security topography in northeast Asia and the rest of the world.

The US missile experts acknowledged that Hwasong 14 is not a copy or combination of others’, but a genuine one developed by North Korea itself. They were unanimous in saying that the re-entry technology and the auxiliary engine combination technology and attitude control capability had reached world standard, and as the ICBM can carry even heavy nuclear warheads, the prospect of its further development is smooth. It is their initial analysis that Hwasong 14 made a technological advance of surpassing the US, Russian and Chinese ICBMs, and that it is highly probable that New York and Washington are within its range. CNN and other major US media organs reported that the US government officials confirmed that what North Korea fired was an ICBM.

The successful test-launch of Hwasong 14 tells: nuclear weapon in the hands of justice is ever victorious and nuclear weapon in the hands of injustice is doomed to failure.

This is the declaration of truth and justice taught by history.

La nouvelle étonnante de la réussite par la RPDC dans le lancement d’essai d’une fusée balistique intercontinentale de type Hwasong-14 secoue le monde entier. Après le lancement de la fusée balistique stratégique sol-sol de moyenne et longue portée de type Hwasong-12 en mai dernier, le lancement d’essai d’une fusée balistique intercontinentale de type Hwasong-14 aussi a fait trembler notre planète. Quelle est la signification du choc que ce dernier lancement a donné à la communauté internationale.

Primo : ce sont l’entité de la RPDC, puissance nucléaire en Orient, et sa position stratégique indéniables.

D’abord, c’est le développement de la force nucléaire de la RPDC au niveau suprême.

La RPDC possède déjà la bombe H. Elle a miniaturisé, allégé et diversifié ses ogives nucléaires. Reste à posséder le vecteur de ces ogives. Depuis sa possession d’armes nucléaires, elle a développé avec force sa force nucléaire afin de mettre finalement un terme à la menace des Etats-Unis. Sa force nucléaire s’est développée très rapidement. En juin 2016 lors du lancement d’essai d’une fusée balistique stratégique sol-sol à moyen et longue portée, la hauteur de vol maximale était de 1 413, 6 km ; lors du lancement d’une fusée balistique de type Hwasong-12  en mai 2017, elle était de 2 111, 5 km ; en moins d’une année, elle a augmenté de près de 700 km. Moins de deux mois plus tard, la RPDC a réussi avec d’un seul coup dans le lancement d’essai d’une fusée balistique intercontinentale de type Hwasong-14, dernière porte pour le perfectionnement de sa force nucléaire nationale. La fusée de type Hwasong-14 a atteint en 39 minutes jusqu’à 2 802 km avant de naviguer 933 km de distance ; c’était vraiment une vitesse mystérieuse faisant l’étonnement du monde.

La RPDC a remporté des succès remarquables dans la technique de lancement de la fusée.

Lors des essais de lancement de la presque totalité de ses fusées, elle recourait au système de lancement par l’angle maximal. Dans son commentaire publié le 27 juin 2016, l’Association nationale des Coréens aux Etats-Unis a indiqué : Le tir par l’angle maximal est impossible si l’on n’a pas une technique extraordinaire en la matière. La technqiue de lancement par l’angle maximal était si difficile qu’il n’y a pas de pays qui avaient effectué le lancement par cet angle. La Corée du Nord n’a donné aucun dommage à l’étranger lors de ses lancements de fusées par l’angle maximal, tout en faisant naturellement le lancement d’essai de la fusée balistique intercontinentale.

Le lancement de la fusée de type Hwasong-14 a prouvé que la RPDC est une puissance nucléaire digne de ce nom, dotée de fusées balistiques intercontinentales les plus efficaces, capables de frapper n’importe quelle région des Etats-Unis.

Secundo : toutes sanctions et toutes pressions des Etats-Unis n’ont aucune prise sur la RPDC et rien ne peut empêcher la marche de cette République.

La nouvelle administration Trump qui a suivi l’administration Obama se livre à ses machinations d’isolement et d’étranglement inouïes vis-à-vis de la RPDC tout en recourant à sa « politique de pression maximale et d’engagement ». Mais les Etats-Unis et les forces à leur remorque ne savent pas que la RPDC a développé ses armes nucléaires et construit ses fusées balistiques intercontinentales par ses propres efforts, sans l’aide de pays avancés quelconques. La RPDC a remporté ces succès les plus remarquables malgré les pires adversités les plus pires marquées par leurs sanctions extrêmes. Dans sa situation aussi complexe que difficile, sans s’agenouiller devant les impérialistes, la RPDC n’a pas montré la moindre hésitation, abandonné son nucléaire, arme inestimable pour la justice et la défense de la souveraineté, et sa politique d’accroissement de sa force de dissuasion nucléaire.

Tous les succès remarquables de la RPDC dans l’accroissement de sa force de dissuasion nucléaire et toutes ses créations gigantesques, y compris la cité Ryomyong érigée dans la crise de déclenchement d’une guerre nucléaire éventuelle, sont imprégnés de l’esprit d’indépendance incontestable de la RPDC.

La RPDC accomplit sans conditions sa détermination et rien ne peut contrecarrer la route de sa marche, c’est là la résonance du coup de fusée de type Hwasong-14.

Tertio : la signification du choc du lancement de la fusée de type Hwasong-14 est une déclaration solennelle qui avertisse la fin de l’ambition d’hégémonie mondiale des Etats-Unis, pourrait-on le dire.

La fusée balistique intercontinentale de type Hwasong-14 a été lancée le 4 juillet, journée de l’indépendance américaine. C’était vraiment un événement très significatif. Les Etats-Unis ont attaqué à leur guise seulement des pays petits et faibles et des pays non nucléarisés, en brandissant avec fierté leurs armes nucléaires ; ils sont le fauteur du bouleversement des réfugiés dans le monde et de la menace du terrorisme partout dans le monde. La RPDC a réussi d’un seul coup à lancer, à la journée de l’indépendance américaine, son arme stratégique susceptible de ruiner le territoire propre des Etats-Unis.

La réussite du lancement de la fusée de type Hwasong-14 a fait une brèche agréable à la théorie sur la supériorité des Etats-Unis qui dominaient jusqu’ici le monde et au « mythe sur le siècle américain ». Si Trump appuie, sans aucune réflexion, sur le bouton nucléaire pour une attaque préventive contre la RPDC, les ogives nucléaires des fusées balistiques de type Hwasong-14 ruineront en un clin d’œil le territoire propre des Etats-Unis et leurs bases d’agression principales. C’est un fait préétabli.

Grâce à la force nucléaire de la RPDC qui maîtrise les Etats-Unis, une perspective radieuse s’ouvre devant la paix dans la péninsule coréenne et le reste du monde. Tant que la RPDC détiendra le nucléaire pour la paix, les Etats-Unis ne pourront déclencher dans la péninsule coréenne une guerre nucléaire qui marquera leur ruine finale et la paix en Asie du Nord-Est et dans le monde sera sûrement défendue.

Une paix authentique réside dans le nucléaire pour la justice. Le lancement de la fusée de type Hwasong-14 montre cette vérité aux peuples progressistes du monde.

Shaping the general idea of what he would say, I expected he would make stereo-typed, prepared remarks a little different from what he used to utter in his office on the spur of the moment as he had to speak on the world's biggest official diplomatic stage.

But, far from making remarks of any persuasive power that can be viewed to be helpful to defusing tension, he made unprecedented rude nonsense one has never heard from any of his predecessors.

A frightened dog barks louder.

I'd like to advise Trump to exercise prudence in selecting words and to be considerate of whom he speaks to when making a speech in front of the world.

Kim Jong Un Visits Kwail County, South Hwanghae Province

Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, gave a field guidance to Kwail County, South Hwanghae Province.

He went round the Kwail County Revolutionary Museum and the room dedicated to the history of the county.

Saying that the museum and room are the places associated with the loving care of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who devoted themselves to the people all their lives, he noted that as they have been arranged well as befitting a model of the whole country, it is necessary to meticulously organize education through them so that the party members, working people and school youth and children bear in mind the desire of the great leaders and make positive contributions to building a socialist power as soon as possible.

He went round the analysis room, information room, e-reading room and other places of the fruit research institute.

He praised the institute for widely introducing the research successes in the fruit farms with the high aim to put the fruit production on a scientific, modern and intensive basis, cultivating high-yielding fruit trees, steadily improving seeds and setting up the unified command system for scientific fruit farming of each work team under the climate and weather conditions.

He enjoyed a bird's-eye view of the county from the observation deck before going round orchards.

Touching apples heavily hanging on branches one by one, he noted this is said that apple trees are heavily laden with fruits. It is very great that there are many fruit work teams which produced 70-80 tons of fruits per hectare, and trees are heavily laden with apples as they are laden with over 200 apples on an average per tree, over 300 apples at the maximum, he said with broad laugh.

He told earnestly officials to surely convey his thanks to the officials and working people of the county who reaped the richest harvest ever known.

Kim Jong Un Guides Hwasong-12 Launching Drill Again

Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, guided once again a launching drill of the medium-and-long range strategic ballistic rocket Hwasong-12 on the spot.

He was greeted by Ri Pyong Chol, Kim Jong Sik, Jo Yong Won, Yu Jin and other leading officials of the C.C., WPK, General of the Strategic Force Kim Rak Gyom, commander of the KPA Strategic Force, and Jang Chang Ha, Jon Il Ho and other officials in the field of defence scientific research.

Participating in the drill were scientists and technicians in the field of rocket research and the Hwasong-12 rocket operation unit of the KPA Strategic Force.

The launching drill was conducted with the aim at calming down the belligerence of the U.S. which has recently cried out for using military muscle against the DPRK, and at bolstering up operation capability for attack and counterattack to counter it with swift and powerful military counteraction, examining the order to deal with nuclear warheads and confirming action procedures of actual war.

The Hwasong artillerymen were rapidly deployed to the launching ground at early morning under a sudden order of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. They were waiting for the moment to launch ballistic rocket after launching preparation under skilful organization and command.

He arrived at the launching ground, learned about the launch plan and preparation and issued an order to launch the medium-and-long range strategic ballistic rocket Hwasong-12.

At the moment, Hwasong-12 zoomed to the sky with dazzling flash and big explosion.

The fired ballistic rocket crossed the sky above Hokkaido of Japan along the preset flight track and accurately hit the preset target waters in the Pacific.

Highly appreciating that the current launching drill of very great meaning in increasing combat power of the nuclear force attained its aim, Kim Jong Un expressed great satisfaction over the successful launching drill.

Praising the Hwasong artillerymen for handling the rocket well with skilful firepower service, he said with pride that the combat efficiency and reliability of Hwasong-12 were thoroughly verified, operation members' capacity for actual war is also very perfect and the work for increasing combat power of Hwasong-12 has been realized.

He noted that all drills should become meaningful and practical ones for increasing combat power of the nuclear force like the current drill in the future, and the order to deal with nuclear warheads should be strictly established suited to their deployment for actual war.

He underlined the need for the scientists and technicians in the field of rocket research and Hwasong artillerymen to put rockets on a modern and ultra modern basis and develop the operation level onto a higher stage with their close combination.

He told leading officials of the Department of Munitions Industry of the Party Central Committee and the field of defense scientific research accompanying him that our final goal is to establish the equilibrium of real force with the U.S. and make the U.S. rulers dare not talk about military option for the DPRK. And he stressed the need to run at full speed and straight, continuing to qualitatively consolidate the military attack capacity for nuclear counterattack the U.S. cannot cope with.

As recognized by the whole world, we have made all these achievements despite the UN sanctions that have lasted for decades and none of them was made under any "benefit" of the UN, he said, adding it is narrow-minded for those countries styling themselves big powers to calculate the DPRK may yield to UN sanctions.

We should clearly show the great-power chauvinists how our state attain the goal of completing its nuclear force despite their limitless sanctions and blockade, he said, underlining the need to finalize the work with mobilization of all-state efforts as it nearly reached the terminal.

S. Korea's Support for "Resolution on Sanctions" against DPRK under Fire

Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Consultative Council for National Reconciliation Thursday released a statement denouncing the south Korean puppet authorities for disgusting behaviour talking about "support" and "welcome" of the UNSC "resolution on sanctions" 2375 cooked up by the U.S. and its vassal forces.

Those of Chongwadae claimed "escalating of sanctions" and "a new lock" and those of south Korean puppet Foreign Ministry released a poor "government statement" which said "it was the reiteration of the strong will not to allow the nuclear development of the north" and that "the north should seriously heed the warning of the international community".

Meanwhile, the south Korean authorities urged all the ministries and agencies to say in the same tone as the UN "resolution on sanctions", calling for tightening the "pressure on the north" by taking various diplomatic measures and providing a "bill for tougher independent sanctions".

The statement branded those behaviours as strange ones made by those fools running amuck failing to foresee their future.

They can never be pardoned as they hailed in the van the UN "resolution on sanctions" which gravely hurt and insulted the independent dignity of the DPRK and ran amuck in confrontation campaign talking about a "bill for independent sanctions", the statement noted, and went on:

We keep tabs on all the improper behaviours of the present south Korean authorities and we will force them to pay dearly for all the crimes.

They should remember our warning that if they persistently resort to the reckless moves of "sanctions" and "pressure", they would lose an opportunity for dealing with the north forever and everything would finish in a moment.

They should not forget even a moment that the warning of the DPRK will bring practical action.

They would be well advised to think twice about the catastrophic consequences from their disgraceful behaviours.

S. Korean Authorities' Additional Deployment of THAAD Denounced

Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities committed the additional deployment of four THAAD launchers and related equipment.

A spokesman for the Pan-Korean Emergency Measure Committee for Opposing Nuclear War Drills against the DPRK in a statement Thursday denounced the THAAD deployment as an outright challenge to the fellow countrymen including the south Koreans and the international community, and an unpardonable criminal act of pushing the extremely tense situation on the Korean peninsula and the region to more dangerous phase.

The U.S. imperialists have maintained their illegal presence in south Korea for more than 70 years with the help of the group of traitors who decided to introduce THAAD, nuclear war monster of the U.S., during the puppet conservative regime. This has provided them with the pretext for their permanent military presence in south Korea under the pretext of THAAD and inflicted huge human and environmental damage and massive economic burdens on the south Koreans, who now even face the danger of horrible nuclear holocaust any moment.

It is quite natural for the people of various circles in south Korea to vehemently denounce the present authorities for winding up the deployment of THAAD which traitor Park Geun Hye decided on, the statement said, adding:

THAAD additional launchers turned south Korea into the U.S. nuclear advance base and a nuclear war arsenal for aggression on the north and the strategy for world domination, making south Korea the first target of pre-emptive strikes and retaliatory blows just like a shrimp getting its back broken in a fight between whales.

The puppet authorities, driven into a tight corner being strongly denounced by the people from all walks of life and the public at home and abroad, are justifying the additional deployment of THAAD, describing it as the one for "coping with the DPRK's nuclear and missile threats", but with no sophism can they cover up the traitorous crime.

They will be made to deeply regret that its acts of introducing THAAD of the aggressors while regarding the nation's treasured sword as a thorn in the flesh and regarding the THAAD as a treasure even though they would plunge whole south Korean land into sea of nuclear war would be a never-to-be-pardoned treachery.

KAPPC Spokesman on DPRK Stand toward UNSC "Sanctions Resolution"

Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- The U.S. committed another state terrorism by cooking up new "sanctions resolution" 2375 against the DPRK at the United Nations Security Council with voting machines on Tuesday.

In this regard, a spokesman for the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee stresses in a statement on Wednesday that the army and people of the DPRK have turned out in a nationwide and all-people confrontation against the U.S., burning their hearts with surging anger and hatred toward the U.S. imperialists and their followers.

The statement says:

The army and people of the DPRK are unanimously demanding that the Yankees, chief culprit in cooking up the "sanctions resolution", be beaten to death as a stick is fit for a rabid dog.

The Yankees are the sworn enemy and group of wolves which can never be allowed to go as they have massacred and persecuted the Korean people century after century. The group of gangsters should never be pardoned for having ruthlessly trampled down our sovereignty and right to existence. There's limit to patience. Now is the time to annihilate the U.S. imperialist aggressors. Let's reduce the U.S. mainland into ashes and darkness. Let's vent our spite with mobilization of all retaliation means which have been prepared till now. These are voices of the Korean army and people.

Also heard in the DPRK are strong accusations against the Japanese who have zealously joined in the U.S. racket for sanctions.

The behaviours of Japanese, sworn enemy of the Korean nation, are enraging us. The wicked Japanese should not be pardoned as they have not yet made a sincere apology for the never-to-be-condoned crimes against our people but acted disgustingly, dancing to the tune of the U.S. "sanctions". A telling blow should be dealt to them who have not yet come to senses after the launch of our ICBM over the Japanese archipelago. The four islands of the archipelago should be sunken into the sea by the nuclear bomb of Juche. Japan is no longer needed to exist near us. This is the voices of the enraged Korean army and people.

Our army and people's resentment at the south Korean puppet regime is getting stronger. What they have contended is; the south Korean puppet forces are traitors and dogs of the U.S. as they call for harsher "sanctions" on the fellow countrymen. The group of pro-American traitors should be severely punished and wiped out with fire attack so that they could no longer survive. Only then, the entire Korean nation can thrive in a reunified territory to be proud of in the world.

The army and people of the DPRK are also enraged at the UN Security Council which has turned into a tool serving the U.S. without regard to peace and security of mankind.

The UNSC moves only on the instruction of the U.S., and it is a tool of evil which does not ensure the global peace and security but ruthlessly wrecks them on the contrary. It is pitiful to see the behaviour of big powers and money-bribed countries which voted for "anti-DPRK sanctions", disregarding justice, moral sense and conscience. The UNSC is made up of those unprincipled countries and, accordingly, such useless tool should be disbanded at once.

This is what all the people in the DPRK have in view and demand.

The said angry voices just represent a statement of the Korean people to the U.S. and its followers.

Dogs bark, the caravan moves on. Our army and people will never waver but do what they are determined regardless of "sanctions" no more than rotten net.

The adoption of heinous "sanctions resolution" hardens our faith that what we should depend on is only our self-defensive nuclear force as well as our unshakable will to go only along the road of simultaneously pushing ahead the economic construction and the building of nuclear force.

A “Political” Riddle Unsolved

US Presidents, ranging from the 33rd President Truman to the incumbent President Trump, and other American politicians have not solved a “political” riddle for dozens of years. It is a “scar” on the prestige of the “sole superpower” in the world that interferes with all international issues and acts as the International Judge.

 Confrontation between the DPRK and the US: the Core of the Riddle The confrontation between the two countries, which dates back to 1945, the last year of the Second World War, has lasted more than half a century. Although Korea was not a defeated nation in the war, the US occupied the southern half of the country to meet its own strategic interests. It engineered the establishment of a puppet government in south Korea and unleashed a war against the young Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

The Korean war lasted from 1950 to 1953. Since it signed the Korean Armistice Agreement, the US has pursued a policy hostile towards the DPRK, constantly pressurizing and provoking it. The Pueblo Incident, the Panmunjom Incident and many other incidents brought the situation on the Korean peninsula to the brink of another war. In the 1990s, following the collapse of socialism in Eastern Europe, the Cold War ended. This led to the aggravation of the confrontation between the DPRK and the US.   The DPRK did not yield to the pressure and sanctions by the US; it built up its own strength, valiantly standing up to the haughty superpower.  

In retrospect, Truman and other Presidents of the US used a carrot and stick approach to find a “clean solution” to the Korean issue. Their decades-long policy of hostility, however, ended in a failure. This caused the DPRK to develop into a world-class military power with state-of-the-art hardware. The superpower now faces two unhappy choices–risking its own security by attacking the powerful rival or damaging its reputation by compromising with the latter. This riddle is a real headache for American politicians.

 How to Solve the Riddle

In order to find a solution to this conundrum it is necessary to fathom out the national strength of the DPRK.   The US boasts of being the “strongest” both economically and militarily. The DPRK is very small in terms of the size of territory and population, but its Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, loyally supported by all the service personnel and civilians, is endowed with outstanding wisdom and courage.

The confrontation between the two countries is, in a nutshell, a military showdown that is directly attributable to the US policy of hostility towards the DPRK. Probably, Newton’s law of action and reaction has been applied to the bilateral relations, making the latter emerge as a formidable rival with various powerful means of nuclear strike.  

The era of unilateral nuclear blackmail by the US has ended and now it is the superpower itself that faces nuclear threats from the DPRK. Conclusively speaking, the use of force is not the solution to the Korean issue because the DPRK is not like Libya or Iraq. And the carrot policy will not work in this respect. The most reasonable option for the US is to recognize the current status of the DPRK, scrap its hostile policy and make peace with the country.

It would be better for the US to seek peaceful co-existence with the newly emergent nuclear-armed nation than suffering another disgrace. Then it can maintain its position as the superpower and ensure the security of the American Empire.

Another “Gift” to the US

This year the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea sent a meaningful “gift” to the US on its Independence Day (July 4, 1776), by test-firing the ICBM Hwasong 14. (It flew 933km after reaching the maximum altitude of 2 802km.)

Two months after that, it sent another “gift” to the superpower–testing an H-bomb to be loaded onto its ICBM. Its H-bomb can release the energy equivalently produced by tens of kilotons to hundreds of kilotons of TNT, according to the targets. It is a multi-functional thermonuclear warhead that can not only produce the enormous destructive power but also launch a powerful EMP attack over a vast area by exploding at a high altitude for strategic purposes.

It was made public that Korean nuclear scientists succeeded in the testing of an H-bomb to be loaded onto an ICBM. The test was reportedly conducted in the nuclear test ground in the northern part of the country at 12:00 on September 3, in accordance with the Workers’ Party of Korea’s plan for building up the country’s strategic nuclear force. Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un ordered the test after assessing the present international political situation and acute military tension on the Korean peninsula at a meeting of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK.

Recently, US President Trump said in his telephone talks with his counterparts of some countries that he would adopt all necessary measures in the diplomatic, economic and military fields to put an end to the DPRK’s “nuclear threat.” Secretary of State Tillerson said at a press conference that the US would join hands with its allies to apply maximum pressure on the DPRK.

Defence Secretary Mattis stressed that if the DPRK launched a missile strike against south Korea, Japan, Guam and the US mainland, the US would take specific actions. During the Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercise in August, the US commander of the Pacific force, commander of strategic force and director of the Missile Defence Agency visited south Korea and discussed with the authorities of the south Korean army practical measures for maintaining close ties in an invasion against the north. This is reminiscent of the

ex-US Secretary of State Dulles’ visit to the 38th Parallel on the eve of the Korean war (1950-1953). The DPRK’s neighbours and other countries involved in the Korean war are toeing the US line by taking an active part in the US-led “sanctions” and military action.

The DPRK is coping resolutely with the frantic moves by the US and its vassal forces. It has called for peace and sent serious warning messages on several occasions. Each time, however, US politicians responded by blustering that they would “strangle” the DPRK.

This time the DPRK sent a resolute, clear message in response to the abominable actions of the US; the success in the H-bomb test portends the destruction of the US mainland. The destructive force of this H-bomb will be greater than those that fell on Hiroshima and Nagasaki seven decades ago.

It remains uncertain when the DPRK will send this “gift” to the US across the Pacific Ocean. Uncle Sam should heed this warning before it is too late.

Misfortune of the US

On September 3, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea succeeded in the test of H-bomb, capable of being loaded onto ICBM. This means that it possesses practical thermonuclear weapon, powerful enough to reduce the US to ruins.

The US is now facing the misfortune of being unable to save its territory from disappearing from the earth. This is an inevitable outcome of its unreasonable behaviour.

The incumbent US president Donald Trump adopted a policy towards the DPRK, called “maximum pressure and engagement,” and made reckless moves to stifle it while not regarding it as a legitimate sovereign state. Picking a quarrel with the two rounds of test-firing of ICBM, which the DPRK conducted in July this year as a link in the whole chain of its efforts for self-defence, the US had a sanctions resolution unprecedented in history, aimed at violating and obliterating the sovereign right, right to development and right to existence of this country, adopted at the UN Security Council. And, in collusion with other countries, it started joint military exercise Ulji Freedom Guardian, which is aimed at invading the country.

However, the DPRK is not a country that watches with its arms folded the invasion of the aggressors. The mad wolf must be killed with a stick–this is the firm decision of the DPRK.

By confirming that the US mainland is within the range of its ICBM through the two rounds of test-firing, the DPRK demonstrated far and wide its determination to teach manners to the US, which has lost senses and is behaving irrationally.

It now sent a large “gift” to the Washington psychos.

The director of the Non-proliferation Research Centre under the Middlebury Institute of International Studies wrote:

The fact that the DPRK possesses ICBM that can reach the US mainland and over 60 nuclear weapons by completing research on miniaturizing the nuclear warheads capable of being loaded onto it, is quite meaningful. At present, the match is over and the winner is the DPRK.

La Liberation released an article, which reads that the DPRK will win the confrontation of strength and Trump will fail, and that the international society should learn to co-exist with the nuclear-armed DPRK.

The US that massacred a great number of people by dropping A-bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, about 70 years ago, will suffer from the nightmare of experiencing similar nuclear holocaust.

The US is unable to avoid this misfortune unless the Trump administration withdraws its policy hostile towards the DPRK.

The DPRK Is a Superpower

Amid a series of events taking place in the fierce confrontation between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the US, another event is now shaking the world. On September 3, 2017 the DPRK succeeded in the test of H-bomb that could be loaded onto ICBM. The Nuclear Weapons Institute of the DPRK said in a statement that the test was aimed at examining and confirming the accuracy and reliability of the power control technology and inner structure design plan, which were newly introduced into manufacturing H-bomb to be loaded onto the warhead of ICBM. The measurements confirmed that power indices of the nuclear warhead such as the total explosive power and the ratio of fission power to fusion power, and all the physical indices that reflect the standard of its quality as a two-stage thermonuclear weapon, matched the designed figures. Even though the power of the test was unprecedentedly great, no eruption on the surface of the earth and no release of radioactive materials were witnessed and it had no negative effect on the surrounding ecosystem. Through the test, the DPRK confirmed that its nuclear bombs are highly precise, the manoeuvrability of the nuclear warheads is reliable, and the technology of designing and manufacturing nuclear weapons reached such a high level that the payload can be controlled according to the targets and purposes of strike.

The DPRK, which now possesses H-bomb, called a “supreme weapon” and “emperor bomb” on the planet, has become a world-class military power, a superpower in the world.

It became a manufacturer and launcher of indigenous artificial satellite after launching Kwangmyongsong 3-2 that shook the world in 2012 and one of the few H-bomb possessors in the world, and it has joined the ranks of countries that possess SLBM, called a “hidden terror” and “invisible nuclear fist” and ICBM that can be launched from a moving launch pad. In the course of the confrontation with the US that has continued from one century into the next, it possessed everything it needs and it must have. The global dynamic structure has changed; the axis is now the newly-emergent superpower, DPRK.

No country in the world was bold enough in the past to counter the unjust arbitrariness of the “nuclear superpower,” the US, overwhelmed by its blackmail of “preemptive” nuclear strike. Even nuclear powers are now being overwhelmed by the US arbitrariness, playing into its hands. It is only the DPRK that is taming the US and defending global peace with its own nuke. Though it enforces the DPRK to “give up” the nuke, the US is now studying the latter’s face as it is overwhelmed by the latter’s determination to shower its mainland with radioactive dust before it presses the “button” for a nuclear war and its powerful war deterrent. Frightened by the DPRK’s readiness for a physical attack, the US forces in south Korea are bent on building fences around their military bases; pamphlets on codes of conduct at the time of emergency are being published and distributed in Guam and Hawaii; Guam once turned into a scene of confusion after a radio station raised an emergency alarm by mistake; a map showing the possible hit points of nuclear warheads at the time of nuclear attack was made public, aggravating uneasiness among the US citizens; many Americans are competing with one another to buy nuclear shelters with their savings.

The single-hearted unity of the people around their Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is demonstrating the prestige of the country with unprecedented strength and miraculous events. The unity, in which the Supreme Leader braves death on the road of defending the sovereignty and prestige of the country and the security and destiny of the nation and the people have turned out in the do-or-die resistance ready to become human bombs and bullets in defence of their Supreme Leader, is a motive force that made the DPRK a superpower.

This unity can never be broken even with a nuclear bomb.

The DPRK, though small in terms of territory and population, is a genuine superpower admired by the world.
